New Zealand is finding new tourism interest from the newest Lord of the Rings movie, The Hobbit. Movie makers are going to leave the sets intact even after the filming is finished, and tour operators are already bringing in busloads of tourists. The movie is set for release this December. The N.Z. government has invested more than 50m dollars to develop movie-related tourism in the country. Some 6% of visitors to New Zealand said they visited the country in order to see movie locations.

Katherine: You need to keep track of these things. Otherwise you might run out of money at the end of the month, or spend more than you need without saving anything.

Explanation: To keep track of something means to keep a record, or to pay attention to money, dates on a calendar, or the number of items that were sold in a store.
