Travel News wire… The Peninsula Hotels group is removing shark-fin soup from its menus at its hotel restaurants in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Bangkok. Conservation groups have warned that populations of sharks and other large fish are on the verge of collapse. Asian fishing industries have faced criticism over the practice of catching sharks only to harvest their fins.

The phrase "postpone a decision" doesn't mean that the decision is cancelled. It means that it will happen later than the originally agreed time.
