Jacob: "My neighbor's dog keeps barking all night. I couldn't sleep on Saturday or Sunday. If this continues, I'll call the police. I've had it!" The phrase "I've had it" means that the speaker is angry and doesn't have any more patience. "I've had it" is similar to "I'm fed up" or "I'm pissed off!" but the last one is a bit rude. You could say it with friends, but probably not with business colleagues.
