Look over the phrases for 5 minutes.
Say them to yourself without looking at the screen.
At lunchtime, say them to yourself again. Can you remember all three phrases?

This phrase can be the original meaning of “at the end of our vision, as far as we can see.” Or it can mean a problem or situation that your organization may face in the future. Someone might say to you “I think we will see very good export sales on the horizon.”     
In a negative sense, someone might say to you “Business is going well at the moment, but I can see some problems  on the horizon.”

This means the care for the patient after a major operation, which may include physical therapy and rehabilitation, an individualized diet, and medication.

“Mr. Adams, please wait here for a moment. The nurse will explain what you need to do during your postoperative care.”   

Postoperative care is sometimes abbreviated as “postop” but it is best to avoid such abbreviations as they may cause confusion.

This is a phrase we use to give the main point to the reader, without including any unnecessary details. It is similar to saying "The main point is…"
